Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Nursing APRN or FNP
Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in CT (or ability to obtain)
Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP
Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)
