Position Overview:

Highlights & Incentives:
Eligible for up to $25000 sign-on bonus (based on a full-time position).
Successful candidates with two years of experience are eligible for up to $15000 in moving expenses (based on a full-time position).

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality outpatient clinical care to patients of all ages.
Conduct evaluations diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with physicians nurses and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support the organizations mission to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Oregon (or eligibility for licensure).
Previous clinical experience preferred; candidates with two years of experience may qualify for moving expense reimbursement.
Strong clinical assessment communication and teamwork skills.
