RSM is seeking an Innovation Manager to join our Communications Marketing and Growth (CMG) team. This is a hybrid strategy-and-execution role that plays a central part in two key areas: (1) advancing RSMs Agentic AI strategy within CMG and (2) helping define how technology is used across the marketing and sales funnel to drive engagement pipeline growth and impact.
This role supports the Digital Experience and Technology (DXT) Leader and works closely with business leaders product owners and technical teams to explore emerging technologies deliver strategic insights and lead tactical execution of innovative pilots.
Responsibilities:
-Help lead and iterate on CMGs Agentic AI strategy by identifying high-impact use cases and supporting the development of AI-powered agents
-Manage the buildout and testing of AI agents ensuring usability security and compliance with platform standards and maintain and prioritize an innovation backlog of technology pilots and proofs of concept
-Evaluate and recommend tools that can enhance specific stages of the marketing and sales funnel from awareness to conversion
-Create executive-level presentations that clearly communicate strategic priorities technology trends and recommendations
-Conduct primary and secondary research and perform rigorous data analysis to support digital strategy and innovation workstreams.
Qualifications:

Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Copilot Studio and Azure AI Studio/Foundry or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly through presentations and written summaries
Demonstrated interest in AI marketing technology and sales enablement tools
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and synthesize findings for executive audiences
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced evolving environment
