Job Description

The Opportunity

We have an immediate Change Management Officer opportunity to work for one of our highly valued Queensland Government clients based in Brisbane CBD. Reporting to a Project Manager you will work within a small professional and dedicated team where you will bring your proven change management expertise to support operational readiness connected to an SAP financial modernisation project.

The contract duration for this role is approximately 10 - 11 months.

While experience in SAP/IT related projects is not a pre-requisite experience with change management projects supporting financial systems/upgrades would be highly advantageous.

Your experience

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven success working within small project management teams delivering timely change and communication activities aligning to Queensland Government Project Management methodology.
  • Experience developing and executing change management and transition plans ensuring alignment to project milestones objectives and timelines including identifying and assessing changeimpacts resulting from project implementation.
  • Sound capabilities in identifying evaluating and reporting any areas of risk that could impact upon project deliverables and outcomes.
  • Operational readiness expertise and experience in transitional activities for internal stakeholders using appropriate reporting and tracking methodologies and developing learning and development plans in collaboration with project leaders including the provision of learning and development design.
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for change management with highly engaging communications skills to quickly establish sound stakeholder engagement leading workshops and meetings focused on communication change planning and readiness activities.

Remuneration and Hybrid Options

Remuneration is in the range of $87.00 - $94.00per hour plus super dependent on experience.
