Program Assistant-Care Transformation Collaborative-RI
TEMPORARY-3-4months with the potential for permanent position
FULL-TIME-HYBRID 2 to 4 days per month in office
What Youll Do:
As a Program Assistant youll provide essential administrative support to senior management and project teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating meetings managing calendars and preparing agendas and materials
- Drafting and managing communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting project documentation and formatting
- Organizing logistics for internal and external programs and events
- Compiling data surveys and reports
- Serving as a point-of-contact for project-related information
- Collaborating across teams to ensure smooth operations
- Performing other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
- Experience supporting project teams; healthcare experience a plus
Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) Zoom Teams
- Familiarity with Canva and JotForm
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong judgment and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to confidentiality and customer service excellence
- Experience with quality improvement principles is a plus
