A Day in the Life
Medtronic is seeking a Director of Capital Equipment & Sales Services Latam to lead market analysis develop innovative solutions and ensure a deep understanding of the legislation across various countries in the region. This role is critical for delivering value-added solutions that integrate after-sales services warranties and spare parts maximizing customer satisfaction and market impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis to identify priorities and focus areas for capital equipment.
Develop innovative solutions tailored to market needs beyond Medtronics internal directives.
Ensure compliance with local legislation considering variations in equipment import and export regulations.
Collaborate closely with the after-sales team to include warranties and spare parts in value propositions.
Lead and coordinate communication and collaboration with Latam subregions.
Drive disruptive strategies for capital equipment sales.
