Pay Range: $ 8000.00 - $10000.00 monthly based on experience

Responsibilities
- Train and develop accounting staff.
- Enforce accounting processes and protect the business interests of the owners.
- Prepare standard entries and record to ensure all accruals are accurate.
- Ensure balance sheet adjustments are made to reflect actual inventory balances.
- Prepare weekly semimonthly monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review daily weekly monthly schedules for accuracy and completeness.
- Update ledgers daily weekly monthlyto agree with the manufacturers changes to financial statements.
- Work with Department Managers to improve dealership processes ensuring that company policies and internal control measures are being followed.
- Clean book bill and post all deals daily.
- Prepare month quarter and annual federal and state required reports and taxes including VIT
- Prepare extended warranty and credit electronic transfersand payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- Previous Franchise controller experience required.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- CPA certification preferred but not required.
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
- Know and understand the Vanguard Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirements.
