Your Mission: IT Continuity Expert
As an IT Continuity Expert within the IT Operational Resilience area youll be at the forefront of INGs resilience strategy. Youll design drive and deliver cutting-edge IT continuity and disaster recovery (DR) capabilities that safeguard our global tech landscape.
This is more than a roleits a mission to future-proof INGs digital backbone.
What Youll Do
Lead the charge in defining and rolling out IT continuity processes across INGs global tech ecosystem.
Design and implement global standards for IT continuity planning DR testing ransomware recovery and data restoration.
Collaborate globally with SRE teams enterprise architects and engineers to embed resilience into every layer of our tech stack.
Innovate and evolve continuity practices to stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies.
Drive consistency in disaster recovery strategies across datacenters cloud platforms and service providers.
Educate and empower engineers with training documentation and best practices to build a culture of resilience.
Own the expertiseyoull be the go-to authority on IT continuity within ING.
What You Bring
1015 years of experience in software engineering IT operations or architecture roles.
Deep understanding of resilience engineering BCM and IT continuity in complex tech environments.
Hands-on experience with:
Developing and testing IT continuity plans
Recovery exercises
Implementing IT risk controls
Broad technical knowledge across the stackfrom infrastructure to CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling.
A passion for problem-solving collaboration and continuous improvement.
PowerBI Data analytics skills Python
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience working in global organizations
Familiarity with cloud-native resilience patterns
A knack for translating complex risk concepts into actionable engineering practices
Infrastructure knowledge

A salary tailored to your qualities and experience
Salary in the range of 5.212 - 8.387
24-27 vacation days depending on contract
