Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Master Electrician Manager to lead our electrical team ensuring high-quality service safety and efficiency in all commercial electrical projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge strong business acumen and the ability to manage and mentor a team of electricians while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all electrical operations for commercial projects ensuring efficiency quality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of electricians and apprentices to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Plan schedule and assign work tasks ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Conduct inspections troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions while adhering to industry codes and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with national state and local electrical codes as well as OSHA and company safety policies.
- Assist in budgeting estimating and forecasting costs for electrical projects.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and clients to ensure seamless execution of electrical work.
- Maintain accurate documentation including work orders permits and compliance reports.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends regulations and best practices.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of electrical tools and equipment.
$120000 - $200000 a year
This position includes base salary and commission.
