The Activities Lead assesses plans implements and evaluates programs for guests activities which are multi-faceted meet the guests functional needs and reflect the interests of guests

- Design and implement resort activities for all resort guests
- Maintain and balance operational expenses for the department
- Design and implement special events for holidays and other occasions
- Coordinate special projects and events with off-site vendors and attractions
- Publication and design of weekly activities calendar
- Purchase and maintenance of sports equipment and gaming library
- Quality control of recreational areas including basketball courts tennis courts pool areas and childrens playground
- Provide follow up reports to management with regards to special projects and responsibilities
- Assist in the planning of employee-related functions within the workplace
- Supervise and train staff where necessary
- Provide exemplary guest service to all owners exchangers and resort guests
- Next level of customer service and problem resolution
- Responsible for knowing proper safety procedures for resort
- Use and maintenance of all office equipment (i.e. computers color laser printers fax machines digital cameras and scanners)
- Complies with all Company policies and procedures
- Performs all other related duties and projects as assigned by immediate supervisor

Heres what you have already achieved:
- High school diploma or GED required (Some college preferred)
- Minimum one year of experience in guest service/retail
- Minimum one year of recreational activities experience
- Timeshare experience a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills ability to motivate guests to engage in activities. Must be able to perform multi-task functions in coordination with management. Must have leadership skills and the ability to manage direct and complete assigned duties. Ability to process and resolve guest request
- Skilled in the use of computer programs such as Microsoft Publisher Word Excel Outlook and FrontPage
- Must be able to stand or sit for 10-hour shift. Outgoing personality and positive attitude a must
- Flexible schedule ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
