This Position reports to:
HSE ManagerIn this role you will have the opportunity to coordinate and manage labor relations with the management on behalf of the employees. Each day you will serve as a liaison between workers and management by facilitating positive labor-management communication channels. You will also showcase your expertise by planning and organizing labor union activities meetings and other projects.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Maintain union management systems in compliance with labor regulations oversee membership archives and organize annual employee congresses.
- Manage union treasury operations including budget planning for welfare programs and annual benefits disbursement.
- Conduct dining hall management research and improve employee meal services.
- Coordinate with Union Group Leaders to execute welfare programs (e.g. annual galas sports competitions family days club activities).
- onitor workplace health/safety protocols support medical clinic operations under union oversight support some health/safety works.
- Liaise with superior union authorities to interpret welfare policies and ensure corporate implementation.
- Passionate about worker advocacy with strong grassroots connection.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel for data analysis) and official document drafting.
- Prior union/organizational experience with event coordination will be Preferred
