Saint Josephs College of Maine is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled individual for the full-time position of IT Systems and Support Engineer.
In this pivotal role you will be a cornerstone of our Information Technology Team and technical operations ensuring the stability performance and security of the Colleges IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our faculty staff and students while also contributing to the administration and maintenance of our core systems and network. This position is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on technical challenges in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic academic environment.

Supervision and Scheduling Demands:
No supervisory responsibilities. General office hours are Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30. Full-time 40 hour per week position. Available to attend on-site meetings training as well as work during peak periods that will include evenings and occasional weekend hours in the event of infrastructure outage. This job is 100% onsite.
