Job Description

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting business customers with daily administrative needs related to cash management and other small business account addition this position assists in the administration needs of the business services department.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Customer Service
Perform careful analysis of customers needs and best product options working with the customer to ensure the effective and efficient use of products.
Discusses customer needs problems and complaints with appropriate people within the bank.
Assist customers in day-to-day administrative account maintenance to enhance the commercial clients business operations

Administration
Complete monthly reports for the department
Organizes and administer cash management systems including annual reviews
Maintain the companys mystery shop program
Implement and troubleshoot digital banking products

Business Development
Arrange business development meetings with existing and prospective clients
Participate in community events as a professional representative of the Business Services team

COMPLIANCE
All positions within Home Bank SB must comply with all state and federal laws and regulations as per the Banks compliance policies and procedures.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not require supervisory responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand walk use hands to finger handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

POSITION TYPE
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.

TRAVEL
Travel is primarily local during the business day although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years customer service/sales experience.
