Full-Time General Dentist McDonough Dental Studio McDonough GA
McDonough Dental Studio is seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Dentist to join our thriving patient-focused practice. This is a unique opportunity to work in a modern well-established office with a strong support team and a commitment to clinical excellence.
Position Overview
- Schedule: 45 days per week
- Practice Type: PPO/FFS
- Technology: CBCT Overjet AI Primescan
- Team Structure: 2-doctor practice 1 dental assistant per doctor per column 2 hygienists with a hygiene assistant
- Operatories: 12
What Were Looking For
- Clinical Skills: Proficient in general dentistry; experience with endodontics and implants is a plus
- Mindset: Strong communicator with a collaborative growth-oriented approach
- Autonomy: Comfortable managing comprehensive care from diagnosis to follow-up
Compensation
- Daily Rate: $850$900/day
- Production-Based Pay: 3233%
- Sign-On Bonus: Available at the discretion of the practice
- Lab Fees: 100% covered by the practice

Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Georgia dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Proficient in bread-and-butter dentistry
