Location:Life Long Dental Care Colchester CT
Schedule:45 days/week (MondayThursday or MondayFriday)
About the Practice
Life Long Dental Care is a recently renovated modern dental practice with 5 operatories and room for expansion. We are a PPO/FFS practice with a 98% collection rate and a strong loyal patient base. Our practice is supported by a robust marketing team that drives growth and ensures a steady flow of new patients.
This is a primary provider roleyou will be the sole general dentist in the practice offering a unique opportunity to take full ownership of patient care and maximize your income potential. This position is ideal for a dentist who is confident self-motivated and comfortable with a wide scope of care.

Compensation & Benefits
- Collections-based pay: 35%
- Daily Guarantee:$850$1000 (for up to 18 months)
- Sign-on/Relocation Bonus:$15000$20000 (paid at the discretion of the practice)

Ideal Candidate
- Experience:2 years preferred
- Skills:Bread-and-butter dentistry with added proficiency inendodontics and implants
- Mindset:Independent patient-focused andcomfortable being the solo providerin a high-performing practice
- Autonomy:Confident managing full comprehensive carediagnosis treatment follow-up and maintenance

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Connecticut
