Job Description
Private practice owned by two experienced Dentists is currently searching for a full time General Dentist for their Blue Springs practice. This 5 operatory practice is fully digital with an iTero scanner Diode laser and introaoral cameras in each op. The practice is PPO/FFS only and is currently seeing over 50 new patients a month. The schedule would be Mon-Thurs and the practice is offering a full benefits package that includes medical dental vision 401K with match and CE allowance. There is also the potential for 1:1 mentorship! This is a fantastic opportunity for a great general dentist to get into a well run practice and make it their own!

- How many operatories do you have5
- Is your practice digital Charts and X-Rays or just X-RaysDigital practice yes. Have computers in each op. Used Dentrix and Dexis software. Have digital pano and use Jazz xray sensors
- What types of bells and whistles are in your practice (for example do you have a CEREC or CBCT or scanners or intraoral cameras)itero scanner diode laser IO camera in each op all 5 ops set up for hygiene or dentist
- What is the payor mix in your practice (Are you PPO FFS Medicaid DHMO) What percentage of each payor do you typically see For exampe: we see 50% PPO patients and 50% and FFS. 70% PPO 30% FFS. No DHMO No Medicare

- Whats the first week for a new doctor look like in terms of on-boarding / responsibilities Any training or official onboarding programInitial onboarding program with Director of Operations Scot Kessler. We handle all insurance credentialing. Will have weekly 1:1 with myself and start training with Dr. Eric Roman.
- How many hygienists are on the team Are you using Assisted Hygiene 1 hygienist at this office currently with additional days filled by temp hygiene when needed
- What are the days and hours of a typical doctor schedule How many assistants do they get and how many columns are they inMonday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. One DA at present.
- Do you offer a path to ownership / partnership and if so what does that path look likeYes this offered and can be discussed in depth with associate and their career path they choose with the help of Dr Eric Roman. 3rd party evaluation of practice then ownership/partnership pathway decided upon from that.
