Join us in shaping the future of associate experience at Marriott. Were seeking a strategic collaborative and forward-thinking product leader to drive the evolution of the Marriott Associate Design System (MADS) our enterprise-wide foundation for building intuitive accessible and brand-consistent digital tools that empower associates hotel owners and customer engagement teams.
As the Product Manager for MADS youll shape and lead the vision adoption and governance of the design system. Youll collaborate and lead cross-functional efforts to simplify complexity accelerate delivery and elevate adoptability across Marriotts internal platforms.
What Youll Lead
Strategic Vision & Roadmap
Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Marriott Associate Design System (MADS) ensuring alignment with AX priorities and broader enterprise goals. Translate vision into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes.
Product Lifecycle Management
Own the backlog and prioritize work across foundational improvements technical debt and new feature development. Guide the design system through discovery ideation development and delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with AX UX UXR accessibility and engineering teams to deliver high-quality components and experiences. Foster strong relationships to ensure seamless integration and shared ownership.
Governance & Contribution Models
Lead governance processes for evaluating new proposals component requests and contribution pathways. Ensure transparency consistency and scalability across the system.
Adoption & Enablement
Facilitate intake reviews and guide teams through integration. Develop playbooks training materials and hands-on support to accelerate adoption and ensure successful implementation.
System Health & Performance
Use data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement. Ensure all components meet WCAG AA accessibility standards visual consistency and performance benchmarks.
Advocacy & Evangelism
Champion Marriott Associate Design System (MADS) across the organization. Promote awareness educate stakeholders and support internal consumers in unlocking the full potential of the design system.
Measurement & Impact
Define and track OKRs and KPIs for adoption consistency system health and time-to-market improvements. Use metrics to guide decisions and demonstrate value.

The pay range for this position is $52.06 to $80.96 per hour.
