Our partnership with Cisco is a cornerstone of our Networking and Cybersecurity portfolio and we are looking for a motivated professional to strengthen Ciscos presence across both SMB and Enterprise segments in Italy.
Your Role
As General Sales Manager Cisco you will be the key reference point within the Cisco BU working closely with both the vendor and internal teams.
Your mission is to develop and execute go-to-market activities strengthen vendor relations and drive the adoption of Cisco solutions across the Italian market from SMB partners to large enterprise customers.
In this role you will:
Manage the day-to-day relationship with Cisco ensuring full alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Brand Management Customer Success Presales Marketing Finance) to deliver growth initiatives.
Contribute to business planning and execution including campaigns partner enablement and pipeline development.
Identify and develop new opportunities with both SMB and Enterprise partners driving Cisco adoption across the channel.
Monitor pipeline forecast and KPIs ensuring business objectives are met.
Provide market insights and feedback to both Cisco and Ingram Micro management supporting continuous improvement of strategies.
What Were Looking For
Proven commercial experience in IT distribution vendor or channel environments.
Solid understanding of the Italian IT market and partner ecosystem from SMB to Enterprise.
Previous experience with Cisco solutions or other networking/security vendors is strongly appreciated.
A corporate solution-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
Excellent relationship-building communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required.
High motivation proactive approach and ability to act as a reference role within the Cisco BU.
