The opportunity
The role of Global Mobility Account Coordinator involves day-to-day support with management of global client accounts across the MENA region of People Advisory Services team. People Advisory Services team advises and assists our clients in matters related to taxation. Typical activities of theGlobal Mobility Account Coordinator include gathering various types of technical information within the remit of the account from different geographies requested by a client clarifying and tailoring the information received for clients needs involvement in design and development of workflow processes on the account support with various types of account related administrative and reporting tasks direct liaising with clients as well as other related tasks on the account. The performance of Global Account Coordinator falls under supervision of Engagement Manager and/or Engagement Partner.

Your key responsibilities
- Working as part of engagement team being responsible for own case load and supporting other team members as needed
- Communicating with international EY teams assignees/expatriates client contacts/HR to obtain information to provide updates
- Ensuring that management is advised of client issues and escalations when they arise
- Managing client expectations regarding upcoming expiries and required actions
- Owning any ad hoc projects or pulling together spreadsheets of information as required by the client
- Providing timely responses to client queries
- Managing program reporting and analytics
- Building strong relationships with international EY teams and liaising with them on a daily basis
- Understanding basic tax processing categories and requirements for a variety of foreign jurisdictions
- Assisting team members with caseload as required
Qualifications and experience
- University/college degree
- 3 years of personal income tax/mobility experience
- Experience working in a professional services firm and client-facing role is preferred however experience from an in-house role is also suitable for this position
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint
Additional skills and attributes for success
- Personal income tax experience from a big4 is an advantage
- Experience of working with team members in a multi-country environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst managing key stakeholder expectations
- Comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively build relationships within the global team and clients
- Attention to details with a commitment to high quality
- Analytical skills for consolidation and analysis of data within assigned tasks
- Show initiative to identify issues and provide creative solutions and suggestions
- Customer service oriented mindset
