About the Role
Join our Robina office as an MST Clinical Supervisor leading a team of up to four clinicians in delivering the evidence-based Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model to support young people (1117) with offending behaviours. This full-time permanent role involves providing clinical supervision managing a small caseload and collaborating with stakeholders like youth justice and schools to drive systemic change. Youll ensure program fidelity contribute to quality improvement and foster clinician development in a dynamic supportive environment dedicated to transforming lives.
About the MST Program
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is a globally recognised research-backed model targeting anti-social and offending behaviours in youth through tailored interventions across family peer school and community systems. As a supervisor youll champion this model to achieve lasting outcomes for young people and their families.
