Key Duties
- Plan supervisemonitorand evaluate the food production and menu-based catering.
- Successfully managingmentoringand developingyour culinaryteam including kitchen hands cooks and chefs
- Deliver to our clients high expectations of a premium experience
- Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
- Maintaining a high standard of food hygienesafetyand cleanliness
The Person
- Unwavering passion for food cooking and creating nutritious meals
- Proven experience leading mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- Skilled in stock control ordering budgeting and food cost management
- Committed to sustainable practices and sourcing local produce
- Experienced in overseeing daily operations staff training and performance management; Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
