Senior FP&A Analyst Full-Time In-Office
Location: Alpharetta GA
Compensation: Up to $110K 10% Bonus

Who We Are: Audit Friendly is partnering with a highly acquisitive PE-backed chemical lawncare company with $40M in revenue to find a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their growing team in Alpharetta GA.
About the Role:
As a Senior FP&A Analyst you will play a critical role in financial planning forecasting and decision support for a fast-growing company. Youll partner closely with business leaders to provide data-driven insights and help shape the companys strategic direction. This is a full-time in-office role in Alpharetta GA ideal for a finance professional who thrives in an acquisitive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Partner with operations accounting and leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance trends and growth opportunities.
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against forecasts and budgets.
Provide strategic insights to leadership supporting M&A integration efforts and business growth initiatives.
Automate and enhance reporting processes improving efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure financial data integrity and work closely with accounting teams on reporting alignment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in FP&A corporate finance or a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in Excel financial modeling and data visualization tools.
Experience in PE-backed acquisitive or multi-entity environments is a plus.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with competing priorities.
