- Drive Spa Revenue through effective membership gift card and service sales
- Lead and coach Sales Associates and Service Providers to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Proactively manage the appointment book to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Handle day-to-day operations: staffing scheduling inventory and customer service resolution
- Track analyze and report key sales and performance metrics
- Recruit train and retain top-performing team members
- Manage social media presence and execute local marketing/outreach initiatives
- Deliver exceptional experiences that build long-term client relationships
- 3 years in sales or sales management
- 3 years in team leadership or management
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- High energy with strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Experience with Zenoti POS (preferred but not required)
