Ceco Door an ASSA ABLOY branded company is growing and to support that growth we are adding an IT Business Systems Analyst to our team. This role will be based onsite 100% of the time out of our manufacturing facility located in Milan Tennessee.

What would you do asour IT Business Systems Analyst
Youll act as the crucial bridge between our business stakeholders and IT partners analyzing processes gathering requirements and ensuring our systems evolve alongside our business needs.
You will also:
- Analyze and document business processes and system requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Support testing implementation and evaluation of new systems and enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between business units developers and IT consultants.
- Assist in the development of documentation and training materials.
- Assure compliance with federal state local and corporate governance policies regulations and laws AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.
The skills and experience you need:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis (requirements gathering software documentation functional testing).
- Solid technical foundation with understanding of software and web technologies.
- Previous experience using tools like Excel SQL and SSRS to develop reports.
- Development in Microsoft SQL Server Python Tableau Power BI is a plus.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to evaluate systems and processes for performance stability simplicity and cost-effectiveness.
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skillsable to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools.
