Job Description
AP/AR Coordinator
Dalkia in San Antonio Texas is looking for a full time Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support our full cycle AP/AR activities.
Role & Responsibility
- Invoice processing including purchase order matching and coding high volume invoices weekly
- Verifying invoice accuracy and matching with purchase orders and statements of work
- Tracking and following up on invoices without POs with remote project managers
- Answer all vendor inquiries regarding AP matters in a timely manner
- Reconciliation and payment of corporate credit cards and expense reports as required
- Reviewing and reconciling vendor statements on a weekly basis to ensure timely payment
- Depositing checks in the banking platform
- Other Projects and tasks as assigned
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant Accounts Payable/ Receivable experience needed
- Detail oriented and demonstrated high degree of accuracy required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel required
- High degree of organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Reliable and able to work under stringent deadlines
