About the position:

We are seeking a Global Incentive Compensation Manager to take ownership and oversee the strategic design and governance of our global go-to-market (GTM) compensation programs across Sales Sales Engineering Customer Success Business Development and other revenue-facing teams. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in GTM motion and incentive strategy across revenue generating teams.

Based in Jersey City NJ youll work closely with leaders in Sales Operations Finance and HR to ensure that incentive programs are aligned to business strategy drive the right behaviors and are operationally sound across multiple geographies and roles. This is a high-visibility high-impact role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills a deep understanding of GTM motions and a passion for building scalable data-driven compensation programs.

Qualifications:

The Salary Range for this role is $100000 - $130000. At AvePoint we strive to offer competitive fair and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate with final offers based on location experience skills and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary comprehensive benefits (medical dental vision 401(k) with match unlimited PTO) and depending on the role bonuses commissions or equity (RSUs).
