Job Description
Project Controls Coordinator (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services Inc.; Chicago IL):Coordinate submittals project estimates schedules and workflows for engineering projects. Support procurement portals and communications throughout bid process. Support change management during the contract lifecycle of engineering projects. Prepare distribute and compile weekly workflow status reports. Prepare monthly program reporting for distribution to program leadership and stakeholders. Evaluate cost controls and manage budgeting and document processes for engineering projects. Participate in construction bid process and support Project Management Information System (PMIS) administration.40 hours per week M-F (9:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.). Salary is $118581 per year. Individuals in this position may be paid a discretionary bonus. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education qualifications experience & work location.#LI-DNI #GTM
Qualifications
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture Construction Engineering Project Management Civil Engineering or a related field and 5 years of post-bachelors progressive related work experience; OR a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture Construction Engineering Project Management Civil Engineering or a related field and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience must have 3 years of experience with the following: Construction bid management; and Cost estimation and project controls for engineering projects.
Of the required experience must have 2 years of experience with the following: Trimble Unity Construct (TUC).
Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days a week.
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 10%.
