Construction Project Manager
Miami FL Direct Hire $80k-$135k
Konik is excited to partner with a leading Retail and Commercial construction firm who has a need in Miami. Known for excellence in construction management fast-track building design-build and general contracting our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to deliver high-profile retail projects and drive continued growth.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of construction projects including planning scheduling budgeting and execution.
Manage project finances by tracking expenses minimizing risks and ensuring profitability.
Collaborate with architects contractors and subcontractors while maintaining strong client relationships.
Monitor progress through site visits and inspections to uphold safety quality and timeline standards.
Construction Project Manager Requirements:
Degree in Construction Management Architecture or a related field preferred
5 years of project management experience preferably with retail or high-end construction projects.
Proven ability to manage budgets schedules and teams effectively.
Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills with willingness to travel 1520%.
Compensation:
5 years of experience: $80000 $110000 annually
1015 years of experience: $115000 $135000 annually
