*To be eligible for this position please ensure that you have uploaded required documentation and completed the three-year employment history on the application:
- High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e. General EducationalDevelopment GED)) foreign equivalency etc.)
- Five (5) years of work experience in a technical support field and three (3) additional years ofdetailed work experience providing lead administration operations andsupport assistance and troubleshooting for enterprise applications andrelated technologies affecting large user populations;
- Minimum one (1) year of experience serving as an internal software support specialist for vendor-provided productivity software with full lifecycle tasks such as requirements analysis evaluation selection testing implementation realization/go-live and support/maintenance.
Licenses and Certifications
1. A valid drivers license that allows the applicant/employee to legally operate a motor vehicle in Nevada. License must be maintained for the duration of the assignment.
2. Copy of current driving history (dated within six (6) (dated within six (6) months from the date printed) from the date printed) issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles at time of application or Qualified Selection Pool (QSP) placement and at time of interview prior to final selection.
