- Lead expert in manufacturing packaging processes and machinery.
- Standardization of machinery.
- Continuous improvement in machinery and processes.
- Production support.
- Owns the engineering and technical initiatives to tackle the opportunities in safety quality delivery cost areas.
- Responsible for production platforms.
- Build procedures and visual aids.
- Engineering changes and Installation of equipment.
- Contact with suppliers and contractors.
- Improvement projects.
- Build and update reports and metrics.
- Mapping and standardization of the critical parameters of equipment.
- Multi-functional and cross-site knowledge sharing.
- Cooperation with all local and global departments.
- Development of cost-saving and problem-solving projects using the DMAIC methodology.
- Lead and oversee the activities of process technicians ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Do you have what it takes
- Experience working as Process Engineer or similar position.
- Six sigma Green Belt certification is a must Black Belt desirable.
- AMEF certification is a must.
- Microsoft Office Auto CAD Minitab.
- Experience working with 2D 3D and GD&T software.
- Design mechanical electrical and automation knowledge is a plus.
