Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Technical Support Engineer
In this role you will be required to Customer support regarding new or ongoing projects and monitoring of projects inhouse.
Responsibilities
Responsible for complete value stream for new Hot Runner Systems and Controller
Develop proposals for solutions concerning application engineering for hot runners in coordination with the application engineering department
Customer support by telephone or if necessary personally concerning application new implementation and ongoing projects
Prepare offers according to given specifications and Negotiate offers with the customers within given limits
Support service projects (customer complaints repairs and reconstruction) and sales actions (documentation and quote status)
Close collaboration with the Sales / Service / Engineering and R&D department
Close collaboration and information exchange with the customer the design engineering department and the field sales engineer in charge as well as with the logistics department.
Support and monitor projects ranging from the planning stage to delivery and in the field
Support the customer in application engineering
Arrangement with the customers and coordination of appointments of projects ranging from inquiry to the ordering phase and to delivery
Central point of contact person for our customers
Responsible for Quotation Process for new systems (technical decision pricing)
Extend Technical Support for Field Sales in RFQ phase
Support Order Management on technical Spare Part RFQs
Manage Customer queries and handles general Customer related topics
Ability to use superior communication problem-solving and analytical skills to frame decisions for senior management and drive optimized decision-making.
Excel at delivering the highest levels of client service and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Able to be self-directed and work independently in order to meet and exceed goals.
Work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering / Design Engineering / Process Engineering / Plastics engineering.
Knowledge and experience with hot runner techniques mold making injection molding design engineering is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS office tools
Ready to take new challenges.
Willingness to frequent travel
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in working hours.
Preferred qualifications
Knowledge and experience with hot runner techniques mold making injection molding design engineering is an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP systems
Ideal industry experience includes heavy manufacturing industrial engineering.
Ability to work with minimum supervision in the cross-cultural environment.
