Location:Newcastle (NSW) Moorabbin (VIC) Hobart or Launceston (TAS)
Full-time Flexible Work Options Salary Packaging up to $15900

About the Role
As an Engagement Specialist youll be the face of Possabilityconnecting with clients families and community partners to ensure a seamless journey into our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and broader service offerings. Youll collaborate across teams to deliver engaging experiences that reflect our values:Inspired Courageous Skilful Responsive.
What Youll Do
- Drive client engagement and onboarding strategies
- Represent Possability at forums expos and sector events
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver inclusive campaigns
- Use data and feedback to enhance service design and client experience
- Foster strong internal and external partnerships
What You Bring
- Degree in Community Development Communications Business Social Work or related field (desirable)
- 35 years experience in engagement partnerships or community relations (desirable)
- Strong understanding of NDIS and SIL
- Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity
- Strategic mindset with a passion for inclusive practice

- Full Drivers Licence
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain)
