Tasks and Qualifications:
This Is What You Will Do in This Role
- Be a strategic partner by collaborating closely with HR and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies.
- Lead the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Leverage data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that inform talent acquisition decisions.
- Innovate recruitment approaches using technology and sourcing techniques to locate engage and attract top talent
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
- Elevate the candidate and hiring manager experiences through an unwavering commitment to standards
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelors degree in human resources business or other related field
- Minimum 5 years recruiting experience in a high-paced technical organization
- Strong technical experience with good stories to boot
- Prior experience leading successful talent acquisition projects
- Ability to self-manage and complete work with little direction
- Ability to balance multiple projects coordinate multiple requests and set priorities accordingly
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools (e.g. Workday LinkedIn)
