Service Advisor RT44 Toyota

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist service customers with professionalism and care
- Accurately write repair orders and communicate customer concerns to technicians
- Provide timely updates and explanations of recommended services/repairs
- Ensure a positive customer experience from check-in to delivery
- Maintain strong knowledge of Toyota products services recalls and warranties
- Work efficiently with Reynolds & Reynolds and other dealer systems
Qualifications
- Prior Service Advisor experience required
- Strong knowledge of Toyota vehicles and service processes preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage a busy workload with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional dependable and team-oriented
