This position will be office-centric 4 days a week in one of the listed Truist hubs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications

Degree and six to ten years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience
-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify apply and implement best practices

Preferred Qualifications
1. ServiceNow certifications of CAD CIS CTA and ITIL.
2. Banking or financial services experience.
3. While foundational knowledge of ITSM is required preferred candidates should have extensive experience in Employee Center Pro and Mobile implementations with some additional experience in HRSD SPM and Demand modules.
4. Hands-on experience with ServiceNows Integration Hub and sophisticated use of REST/SOAP APIs.
5. Strong experience creating Dashboards/Reports - Performance/Platform Analytics.
6. Strong understanding and demonstration of human centered design principles for optimizing end user experience.
7. Strong communication skills in presenting solution designs that clearly translating business requirements. Proficient in authoring editing and presenting technical documents.
8. Experience with developing and defining development principles and guidelines to ensure quality delivery.
