Your role
Business Unit Combat Systems supplies world-leading Command and Control systems product and services to the armed forces. We operate globally and are now searching for an administrative assistant to join our team in Jrflla/Solna.
You will be working together with the management team for 9LV Programs supporting the your everyday work you will juggle a variety of tasks ranging from meeting and conference arrangements invoice processing personell administration ordering of office supplies and tending to our work environment.
Your profile
- We expect you to be highly organised with a natural attention to detail
- We also value good interpersonal skills and an ability to adapt to change
- We believe you have good communication skills both verbal and in writing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is expected and experience from an ERP system is a plus (you will receive on-the-job-training for our specific tools)
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
