Senior management consultant to Insurance unit in Financial Services team in Stockholm

We are expanding our Financial Services team in Stockholm and are looking for a new colleague to join us as an experienced Consultant orManager.

Description of the role and practice

You will collaborate with leading insurance companies and banks in the Nordics helping them shape digital strategies drive business transformation and tackle challenges such as sustainability operational efficiency and customer-centric innovation.

Depending on your background and experience you will join as either a Management Consultant or Management Consulting Manager. In both cases youll work closely with colleagues and clients to design and deliver high impact solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and conceptualizing business models processes and digital solutions

• Developing and implementing strategies to address clients most critical challenges

• Leading or contributing to project delivery in both smaller and larger engagements

• Supporting mentoring and developing colleagues within the team

• Collaborating across the broader Accenture Financial Services community to bring the best of Accenture to our clients

Job requirements

We welcome applications from professionals with 4-8 years of relevant experience in financial services. You may already be in consulting or you may bring experience from the insurance or banking sector and want to transition into consulting.

In the recruitment process we primarily focus on three things:

• Your consulting toolbox and problem-solving skills

• Your industry knowledge in financial services (insurance is a plus but banking or related experience also counts)

• Your leadership qualities - whether thats leading a project coaching colleagues or simply taking initiative in challenging situations

We would like to see that you have:

• A Masters degree with an excellent academic record

• Passion for Financial Servicesinsurance and pension expertise is a plus but not a must

• Experience from business or ITrelated change projects ideally with project management or leadership exposure

• Knowledge of core financial services processes (e.g. product development underwriting claims lending payments distribution)

• Familiarity with digital solutions such as web apps automation or intelligent operations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English (Swedish fluency is a must for this role)
