Working with our existing MMB Countries and the Digital Growth Team your primary responsibility will be to support the Benefits You app (BYA) with market enablement scale and ongoing management of the BYA product.
You will provide our local markets with the best practice tools and approach that enable our stakeholders on all the steps from launching BYA in the market alongside supporting ongoing growth and managing scale.
As Channel Manager you will oversee all aspects of specific countries and report into the BYA Proposition team. This means having ownership of a specific region and the associated BYA growth ambition and targets for the respective region and priority markets within.
Our Digital Growth strategy is designed to empower the Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) countries around the world to sell deliver and service leading technology solutions helping MMB build the most complete integrated holistic proposition.
You will have a genuinely unique opportunity to impact the overall growth and success of Benefits You App working with senior leadership across MMB to take the app from start up to scale up and beyond!
We will count on you to:
- Work with the local MMB country leadership to build a Value Proposition and Solution Set that makes BYA a unique proposition in the local country incorporating their existing services
- Execute the go-to market including: devising a marketing strategy and collateral enabling sales champions building incentive plans and working with prospects and pitches to win the first Clients in the market
- Drive commercial enablement activities including BYA positioning sales enablement objection handling and product demonstrations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product O&T and Delivery teams to manage the enablement of the Delivery and Service Resource alongside the pipeline of new business being delivered
- Coordinate activities and needs between Global Prop Product and BYA operational teams (L1 L1.5 L2 L3) and corresponding HBB/BYE operational teams.
- Take a proactive approach to ensure actions owners and business processes are clearly defined and implemented as BYA scales at a rapid pace.
- Identify potential risks challenges and opportunities and clearly communicates this to necessary stakeholders
- Responsible for pipeline management monitoring and managing country success metrics and KPIs including drafting regular leadership and stakeholder management reporting on progress
- Ability to analyze data on how BYA is being used by clients and their employees using such data to optimize channel strategies by driving feedback into the Advisory & Broking business and product development roadmap
What you need to have:
- Diligence drive and the ability to work with high levels of autonomy especially within a small and dynamic environment
- Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate multiple channel initiatives campaigns and onboarding processes ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives
- Ability to clearly articulate value propositions supporting local channels with client management BYA presentations and demonstration skills alongside a keen commercial acumen
- Willingness and/or familiarity with managing Digital products especially mobile apps and developing technical acumen in this area
- Building trust and long-term partnerships with channel partners understanding their needs and providing support ideally some prior experience of working with global clients and/or local countries
- Adaptable & Problem-solving nature - Internal and External stakeholder management will be critical especially in times of tension
- Energy drive and passion while remaining fun and engaging under pressure
