Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to use various hand tools and machines to cut fabricate and assemble architectural aluminum products.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities
- Operate the saw for the YSD area but supports others processes as needed.
- Supports the fabrication department as needed: assembles and understands quality requirements for each process of cut prep assembly and glaze.
- Comprehends and completes fabrication and assembly on a sequence of operations concerning each window system.
- Identifies and tags material with written symbol for assembly and inspection
- Performs all general production work as required.
- My be required to work off shifts
- Must be able to consistently lift 50 pounds daily
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
- High School diploma/GED (minimum)
- Must have at least 1 year experience within a manufacturing or construction environment
- Experience working with hand tools preferred
- Pay rage $17.53-$20.93 based on experience.
