Job Description

Deputy Area Manager

We support people to understand their diagnosis and how this may impact on their life and the lives of those around services provide accommodation and supportfor autistic adults 52 weeks a year 24 hours a day in urban and rural settings. We also provide supported living services for autistic adults who need extra help to live in their own homes or within our accommodation whether as tenants or owner occupiers living alone or with others.

We have come a long way but there is still so much to do to increase opportunities reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for people on the spectrum. With your help we can make it happen.

Are you a highly motivated and resilient person who can lead and inspire others

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of and line management of dedicated services
  • improving quality through practice by mentoring and coaching managers and teams to achieve their best
  • Delivery monitoring and review of services in line with statutory and contractual requirements ensuring all actions are met in a timely manner
  • Producing regular reports for the Area Manager and external parties in line with service delivery and Key Performance Indicators
  • Coordination of new referrals assessments and offer placements
  • Health and Safety and Risk management
  • Managing conflict and resolving any complaints or concerns

This advert is for a full-time position 37 Hours. The salary for this position is32988.80 - 41751.92 per annum
