THE POSITION
Were looking for high-quality fitness coaches who bring great energy professionalism and a strong desire to help people thrive through functional group training.
This is a part-time role (minimum three shifts per week). Shifts may include multiple back-to-back classes as well as light administrative or member support duties.
Estimated hours: 1020 per week with potential for more based on contribution and studio needs.
In addition to coaching you will:
- Provide knowledgeable and confident support during trial and onboarding experiences
- Engage in conversations around memberships and guide new members as they get started
- Be aware of daily studio flow including member trials and follow-ups
- Support the Studio Manager and Head Coach in delivering a premium member journey
- Contribute to retention and community growth

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach and motivate members through high-energy F45 sessions (programming provided)
- Deliver individualized attention within a group setting
- Demonstrate perfect form and provide exercise regressions/progressions
- Assist in onboarding trial members and supporting their journey
- Contribute to studio operations including setup cleaning and light front desk duties
- Maintain strong awareness of whos in the roomtrial new returningand help every member feel seen and supported
QUALIFICATIONS
- Group fitness coaching experience (F45-specific experience is a plus)
- Minimum 1-year experience as a certified personal trainer or group instructor
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Confident with public speaking member engagement and client communication
- Functional training and HIIT knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with Instagram/Facebook is a bonus but not required
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
- Nationally accredited personal training or group fitness certification (e.g. NSCA ACE NASM ACSM etc.)
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
