This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren three times per week at minimum.
The Role:

As a Leadership Development Program Manager Frontline Managers you will design and shape impactful learning experiences that transform our frontline managers into effective people-centered leaders. This role is responsible for creating new development programs guiding vendors to craft high-quality learning solutions and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Design & Strategy Create leadership development experiences that support frontline managers at all levels from new to tenured leaders.
Vendor Management Evaluate select and manage external vendors to create and deliver impactful learning solutions ensuring alignment with GMs leadership expectations.
Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with People Analytics HRBPs and internal learning teams to identify needs measure impact and refine program strategies.
Consulting & Needs Assessment Use consulting and analytical skills to identify leadership development gaps ensuring programs align with GMs competencies and business objectives.
Project & Program Management Oversee program execution ensuring seamless coordination across internal stakeholders facilitators and vendors.
Learning Technology & Innovation Leverage LMS platforms and digital learning tools to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:
Educational background: Bachelors degree & 5 years of experience designing and implementing leadership development programs or equivalent learning experiences.
Strong knowledge of adult human development innovative learning practices and behavior change principles in leadership development.
Experience in instructional design and working with vendors to produce effective learning solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong program execution management and analytical skills with a track record of scaling learning initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project management and navigating procurement processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in leadership assessments (e.g. StrengthsFinder Hogan 360 assessments).
Functional business experience that provides insight into leadership challenges.
Experience working with learning technology such as LMS or digital authoring tools.
Success Metrics for this Role:
High Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and participant satisfaction.
Measurable behavior change in leadership effectiveness.
Effective vendor partnerships and streamlined program execution.
