Work Arrangement:

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren three times per week at minimum.

The Role:

As a Leadership Development Program Manager Frontline Managers you will design and shape impactful learning experiences that transform our frontline managers into effective people-centered leaders. This role is responsible for creating new development programs guiding vendors to craft high-quality learning solutions and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Design & Strategy Create leadership development experiences that support frontline managers at all levels from new to tenured leaders.

  • Vendor Management Evaluate select and manage external vendors to create and deliver impactful learning solutions ensuring alignment with GMs leadership expectations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with People Analytics HRBPs and internal learning teams to identify needs measure impact and refine program strategies.

  • Consulting & Needs Assessment Use consulting and analytical skills to identify leadership development gaps ensuring programs align with GMs competencies and business objectives.

  • Project & Program Management Oversee program execution ensuring seamless coordination across internal stakeholders facilitators and vendors.

  • Learning Technology & Innovation Leverage LMS platforms and digital learning tools to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:

  • Educational background: Bachelors degree & 5 years of experience designing and implementing leadership development programs or equivalent learning experiences.

  • Strong knowledge of adult human development innovative learning practices and behavior change principles in leadership development.

  • Experience in instructional design and working with vendors to produce effective learning solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong program execution management and analytical skills with a track record of scaling learning initiatives.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with project management and navigating procurement processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in leadership assessments (e.g. StrengthsFinder Hogan 360 assessments).

  • Functional business experience that provides insight into leadership challenges.

  • Experience working with learning technology such as LMS or digital authoring tools.

Success Metrics for this Role:

  • High Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and participant satisfaction.

  • Measurable behavior change in leadership effectiveness.

  • Effective vendor partnerships and streamlined program execution.
