- 2-3 years of experience in the service department (this is not an entry level position)
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must have a track record of great CSI strong sales high effective labor rate and customer hours sold.
- CDK computer system experience a huge plus.
- Must have outstanding customer communication skills
- Advise customer on needed repairs
- Communicate well with technicians
- Work within OEM warranty guidelines and extended warranty companies
- Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status
- Must keep up on factory training per manufacturer requirements
- Positive attitude and enthusiastic individual with Team Player mentality
- High energy and self-motivated individual with the drive to succeed
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to multitask while still completing day to day responsibilities
- Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency
- Ability to focus on a customers needs first. To enhance customer experience and overall personal success
