Job Description
Torch Technologies is currently seeking a cyber security systems engineer to be responsible for Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) for MDDC. The candidate will perform scanning and assistance with remediation for multiple systems across NIPR and SIPR networks.
Responsibilities:
- Design testand implementstate-of-the-art secure operating systems networks and database products.
- Conductrisk assessment and providerecommendations for application design
- Handlea wide range of security issues including architectures firewalls electronic data traffic and network access.
- Perform as lead writer for System Security Plans
- Responsible for self-assessment of multiple systems in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) process
- Responsible for training to include planning for table-top exercises
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in Network Security or related experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.
- Experience Integratingnew architectural features into existing infrastructures to enhance system performance and scalability.
