Sr Staff Specialist Rewards & Benefits (Samut Prakan)
Location: Samut Prakan Thailand
Salary: 80K - 120K THB Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a Rewards & Benefits specialist to join a multinational team in Samut Prakan. This role will manage compensation programs benefits administration and market analysis to support strategic HR decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise HR and managers on compensation and benefits topics
- Manage annual salary reviews incentive programs and job mapping
- Lead benefits administration review offerings and ensure compliance
- Perform market benchmarking cost analysis and data reporting
- Support HR and business leaders with policy communication
- Improve processes for efficiency and employee experience
- Ensure compliance with local and global compensation regulations
- Participate in compensation/benefits projects at local and global levels
- Manage external vendors for cost-effectiveness and quality
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years in compensation & benefits (multinational background preferred)
- Deep understanding of C&B frameworks laws and practices
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel/Tableau
