Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians promoting a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous learning.
- Manage the lifecycle of electrical systems across HV/MV/LV networks Power Quality and Integrated Power monitoring systems ensuring safety performance and reliability.
- Drive innovation through SMART power systems predictive maintenance and digital tools that enhance team efficiency and system resilience.
- Coordinate audits emergency response plans and vendor engagements while ensuring compliance with relevant safety and engineering standards.
- Work cross-functionally to align electrical infrastructure projects with broader site goals delivering results on schedule and within budget.
- Manage Capital and Operational Cost for the teams scope.
Qualifications
- Education:Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; Masters Degree or PE certifications are a strong advantage.
- Experience:Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering including 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems ETAP software and IEC standards. Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous.
- Leadership & People Development:Demonstrated ability to build mentor and lead high-performance teams. Passion for developing talent and fostering a collaborative accountable culture.
- Communication:Strong interpersonal and project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
