Job Description
Dutch-speaking Customer Delight Specialist Lisbon Portugal (with 2500 signing Bonus)
Are you passionate about helping customers succeed and creating memorable experiences Join our international Customer Delight team in Lisbon where youll represent one of the worlds most recognizable companies in the digital advertising industry.
In this role youll support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels (phone email chat) helping them grow online while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer journey.
What Youll Do
- Deliver customer service excellence by assisting SMB clients with their advertising and digital tools.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
- Troubleshoot issues identify trends and offer tailored solutions.
- Share valuable customer feedback and insights with the product and engineering teams.
- Expand and support the self-serve advertising base to improve customer experience and business growth.

- Dutch C2/C1 level good English communication skills (B2)
