Strategic Leadership Role in Commercial Analytics at a Global Pharmaceutical Company

Pfizer is seeking a seasoned leader to join asDirector Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) for Germany serving as a strategic advisor and analytics expert to the country president and leadership team. This high-impact role is pivotal in driving commercial decision-making at both national and international levels.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a high-performing team of analysts and the Country CFC Insights Lead
Developing and implementing performance measurement forecasting models and omnichannel strategies
Collaborating closely with Finance Digital CMO and other cross-functional teams
Driving innovation through advanced analytics including AI/ML and predictive modeling
Advising senior leadership on resource optimization and market strategy
About You:
Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in a quantitative discipline
several years of experience in business analytics marketing or strategy consulting
Deep understanding of the German pharmaceutical market and relevant data sources
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives
Expertise in tools such as Tableau and Dataiku/DSS
Fluency in English additional german language skills preferred
