Job Description
Are you ready to lead global transformation initiatives and shape the future of supply chain excellence
Were looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager Supply Chain Transformation Programs to drive impactful change across our global operations.
On this role you will:
- Lead Strategic Programs: Define develop and implement global transformational initiatives aligned with our supply chain strategy.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment across teams for data integrity investment decisions and project prioritization.
- Manage Executive Engagement: Lead steering committees and provide program updates to senior leadership.
- Enhance Processes & Tools: Deploy and improve business intelligence tools and supply chain processes.
- Ensure Project Excellence: Oversee project prioritization execution and compliance with PMO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop To-Be vision for global supply chain transformation.
- Align strategic projects with business and supply chain goals.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Design and implement streamlined processes and fit-for-purpose tools.
- Monitor project performance risks and benefits realization.
We are looking for you if you have:
- Bachelors degree
- 10 years of experience in Supply Chain
- 3 years in a similar transformation or program management role
- Project Management Certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or Lean Certification (advantage)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Proven leadership in large-scale transformation programs
- Strong analytical and financial planning capabilities
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations and drive results
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
