The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to become part of a stable well-coordinated care environment for a long-term client with high physical support needs and a supportive family.

As a support worker with Montessori Care youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality in-home support to a NDIS participant with high physical care needs. This role involves a combination of personal care emotional support and domestic assistance with a focus on maintaining the dignity safety and wellbeing of the client.

This is a high-needs role supporting an individual with complex neurological and physical disabilities. The participant is non-verbal and requires full assistance with daily living as well as skilled behaviour support.

What Were Looking For:

Female support worker (client preference) with at least 2 years of experience in disability or behavioural support
Experience with clients with Cerebral Palsy and Global Developmental Delay is highly regarded
Experience in PEG feeding medicinal administration wheelchair bound and non-verbal clients is essential
Ability to support client in swimming and showering is a plus!
Must have NSW Drivers Licence and own vehicle with insurance
Essential checks: NDIS Worker Screening WWCC Police Check First Aid & CPR
Manual Handling and Behaviour Support training highly regarded
